Central Bohemia
Central Bohemia is an administrative area in the Czech Republic situated in the original region of Bohemia. The capital of Central Bohemia is the same as the capital of the whole country – Prague. The city is located outside the Central Bohemia region and comprises it own region. Central Bohemia includes more that eighty towns and cities and has the population of about 1,2mln people. The region due to its natural and historical monuments is rightfully recognized as one of the most popular tourist destinations in Central Europe.

The most valuable natural reserve of Central Bohemia is Křivoklátsko, a biosphere park that is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
